Rates
$150 per 50-minute session

Insurance
Although I am not covered by contract with any insurance companies, it is possible that, if you have a PPO, some of my services might be covered with out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance company to see if they will cover part of our sessions.  The following questions might be helpful to ask:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
